For the little ants on duty: Healthy chocolate flavored chia pudding 😋
You can make it for when you have that uncontrollable urge to eat something sweet!
Ingredients:
- 60g chia
- 1/2 banana
- 2 dates
- 20g 70% cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of chocolate whey
- 100ml of milk
Topping:
Banana or strawberry
Mix all the ingredients in your Blendy bottle, place in a container and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Now enjoy your healthy pudding!
