There are 3 reasons this could be happening:
1) It is not charged: In the case of Blendy 350ml you need to make sure that the charger light is blinking, if the light does not blink, it is because the bottle is not properly fitted to the magnet and it is not charging, even though the charger light is on. In the case of the Blendy 500+, just check that when connecting to the charger the red light comes on, leave it connected until the light turns green.
2) It is too full: If you add too many ingredients, it may be that when you beat it you end up exceeding its volume limit, and for safety reasons it will flash the red light to avoid any accidents.
3) It is not closed properly: Our Blendy bottles have a safety device that does not allow them to be turned on if the bottom lid is not closed properly. That's right, whenever the red light flashes when trying to turn it on, it is communicating with you, informing you that you need to close the lower battery cover further.
But how do you know if it is closed properly?
Our bottle has a sign that indicates the level at which it is closed, this sign needs to be pointed at the center of the row of balls that are right at the front of the bottle.
